13 Ways to Stay Fit


In the fast track world we have many roles to play- employee, spouse, parent, household organizer etc. To manage these roles we need a solid fitness. 

Here are 13 ways to remain fit :
1) Gym- The first think that comes to every mind is joining the gym and doing a good workout . This is possible only if you have time to go to the gym  
2)Sports- If you love sport then it is great way to remain fit. Playing sports like basketball, lawn tennis, swimming  etc at sports complex are great ways to remain fit . It is great way to pump your heart  and speed your metabolism.
3)Dancing - Art enthusiast can use this form of activity to remain fit. You can join dance school  to learn various types of dance. Another way is  to consider a dinner night combined with dancing. 
4)Yoga- Another way to improve your fitness and concentration. You can do yoga exercises in morning ,evening. If you don't have time, then do light yoga moves while talking on the phone, listening to the news, or while dinner is cooking. 
5)Climbing the stairs is another good way to remain fit
6)Brisk walking- Take a break from your sedentary work and go outdoors for brisk walking. This will improve your concentration. 
7)Treadmill or treadmill bike at home- A regular use of treadmill  will burn your fat and make healthy
8)Household Chores- Sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming. Doing these housekeeping chores  burn lot of calories
9)Aerobics- You do aerobics at club  or even at home. 
10)Thinking and doing new work around the house like washing the car, digging the garden, mowing the lawn, or reorganizing a closet.
11)Jogging-Add this in your regime of fitness
12)Cycling- A great exercise to burn ton of calories leading to leaner , more powerfull legs.
13)Pilates-an exercise system focused on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness, without necessarily building bulk.
